There are a few different opportunities we have for people to get involved with what we do as an organization depending on what fits you best.
- Advocate: These are people who work directly with the children. Volunteer Advocates work up to 20 hours a month to visit the children, go to court, and keep in contact with the people the child comes into contact with. They are required to go through 30 hours of training and are then sworn in as an officeer of the court. Advocates make an impact in these children's lives by showing them that there is always someone there to speak for them.
- Board of Directors: These are people who help make decisions on funding, activities, and support staff and volunteers. They meet the 2nd Friday of every month at noon to discuss CASA business matters.
- Friends of CASA: This is the group desinged to raise awareness within the community about what we do here at CASA. They help with events such as Breakfast with Santa and the Annual Awards Banquet.
